What sets this dryer apart is the Pet Pro filter, designed specifically to capture pet hair during the drying process. This feature has drastically reduced the amount of hair left on my clothes and linens, making my laundry feel truly clean and pet-hair-free. One of the standout features is the Steam Refresh cycle, which I find incredibly useful for quickly refreshing clothes and reducing wrinkles without needing a full wash. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this dryer my clothes are always nice and dry. They never feel wet. The design is perfect for loading. Lots of clothes in at once when you’re in a rush. Does not make too much noise as well. Can do this in an apartment building if you have lots of neighbors with no issue.

Leak issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this dryer a few week ago and when we use the steam function it leaks. Thinking of sending it back as a new dryer should not have this issue.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We regret you are having these concerns with your Dryer leaking. Please see the following troubleshooting tips:
1. What was the load size: Steam cycles are optimized for large, normal, or heavy loads (approximately 5-12 dry items) of wrinkle-free cotton, polyester blend, common knits, and synthetic garments. Using this feature with smaller loads could result in wet spots or condensation on the door or interior drum.
2. Normal Condensation: Steam can condensate on the door, which could product a couple of drips when the door is opened.
3. Is the water supply connected correctly: During the Steam cycles, water is sprayed at about 4-5 minutes into the cycle for about 5 minutes. The spray may not be visible.
Check the following:
Ensure the water inlet hose is connected to the faucet and the dryer's water inlet valve.
Make sure that both ends of both inlet hoses contain the hose washers. Make sure that all the connections are tight.

On/Off button issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Major issue getting the on/off switch to work on both the Dryer & Washer. All family members have experienced this; I have fought with this issue for over five minutes at a time which is very frustrating. Once the unit starts it works great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
