Great features but noisy

Not Drying Completely

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't believe the dryer is drying my clothes the way it should. I have it on high setting, and all the clothes are not completely dry. They are not wet but damp around the pockets etc. The dryer vent light comes on, and if I turn the dryer off and back on the light goes out. The dryer was installed by a Lowes's contractor. I am not completely satisfied.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Being able to remove the agitator its easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 3 weeks ago and I love it ,taking out the agitator to do my Silk pillow case since this one doesn't have a hand wash selection, love the sense selection it let's me know when my clothes are dry love my washer and dryer thank you !!

Dryer is better than expected!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't realize how much we were struggling with the old dryer we had until we finally had to replace it due to water damage. This dryer is fantastic and completes the dry cycle on the first run for loads that used to take 2-3 times. Very happy with the decision that got made to buy this model as well as the matching washer. I also love that it reminds me to check the filter vent and keep it clear.
