I have had this machine for almost a month. Clothes come out still soiled, the machine constantly needs the load redistributed because it can never balance correctly. It is now broken (door latch won’t lock) and is completely useless. Best Buy is sending me a new one I am hoping the first was just a lemon…
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
