Don’t buy

After having this washer for one week, I have decided I do not like it. It is too deep. I can’t even reach the bottom if a dime drops in there it is constantly going out of balance. My old washer, I was able to wash three regular pillows in it spaced evenly. I could also wash a blanket without it going out of balance not with this one. I’m very unhappy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Large capacity

It took a little while to adjust to the sounds when starting and stopping but during the washing cycle it is not loud at all. I’m very pleased with this purchase. I also love the countdown clock feature

I'm having trouble setting up the app to control from my phone. It's a little noisy, but gets the job done. I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Poor "touch power" button

Big machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm happy with this washer. It fits way more than my old one did, but it doesn't all fit in the dryer. My last washer made all my clothes stinky, so I'm slowly rewashing everything I own to smell better.
