Simpler is Better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I’m a loyal Maytag consumer, I wish I would have selected a washer with less electronics. You can’t just turn a dial to set your settings, this washer requires several buttons and chines to start a simple load.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Agitation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the 5.2 cu. ft. model version of the one we had before, but the detergent dispensary seems of cheaper quality and includes a third trough for which I have no idea the purpose. The 2nd time I used the washer, some clothes got tangled with the agitator, so the machine got confused and just stopped washing. Had to rewash the load and separate out the bed sheet. Odd that just 0.1 cu. ft. would make such a huge difference in causing that problem.

This product works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this washing machine for the simple reason it washes and it does a very good job. It took a little bit to figure out the controls as it is much more modern than my last one but my clothes come out spanking clean with absolutely no complications whatsoever, it works every time.
I would recommend this to a friend!
