Effective, but loud, takes some getting use to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We weren't expecting it to be so loud. When the machine fills with water, the hoses and internal mechanisms clang loudly. I do like how quickly the lock releases when you pause the cycle. The auto feature with the Deep Fill option is nice so I don't have to worry about the water levels. Cycle-times seem longer than other machines, but I like that I can see how much time is remaining on the app. But the app isn't very user-friendly, and it's frustrating that you have to press the remote button for every cycle.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bluetooth doesn't work. There are 2 cycles I used on my old washer, soak and rinse & spin. I am not able to add them with the app. Don't need and app for a washer or dryer!
The tub is too deep. I am 5'4" and had trouble reaching the bottom. Invent something the lifts the clean laundry up for easy reach.

Unreliable start button

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's less than 3 months old, and the push button power switch is not reliable at all. Sometime we have to unplug the washer for 30min -> hour, for it to reset. Sometimes we can hold the button down for 15-20 seconds. Sometimes we give up in frustration and come back later.
This is very disappointing. We bougt this washer because it was very similar to our previous MAYTAG washer. We thought we'd have a new 8-10 years of satisfaction.
I wish I knew who to reach to at MAYTAG for service.

Good cleaning power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I am pleased with the cleaing ability of the washer. We've only had it a little over a month, so more time will tell. Really surprised that it doesn't have a "colors" or "darks" cycle with cold water. Tried to make my own in the app and I was not successful. Also, the machine has gotten out of balance several times in the short time that we've had it. My LG tied clothes in knots and didn't last long, so we switched to Maytag. I really don't think I've had it long enough to make a fair review.

Does a good job but is very noisy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The capacity is more than enough for me, and it certainly does a good job of cleaning my clothes . It has all the features I could possibly want in a washing machine. It is, however, very noisy and it takes about an hour to complete a cycle which is much more than my previous machine required.

Great all around machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this machine for approximately 3 months and so far I LOVE it! I was worried because I’m pretty old school and the machine is digital but it’s not difficult or complicated at all. My old machine was a super capacity and this one fits more than the old one, BONUS! I like that I can adjust the agitation speed and water level. It’s a pretty quiet machine which is nice. It takes about an hour to run a normal cycle of laundry.
I would recommend this to a friend!
