Great features and easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer is easy to use and dries well. I like the sensor that adjusts the time based upon dryness. Saves on energy and clothing not to over dry or run.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] New dryer: About 90 seconds into any dry cycle, drum /metal encasement makes a loud bang. Dashboard often does not respond when you push to power up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Everything I want in a dryer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with the drying options and the Pet Pro option is VERY HELPFUL! The dryer senses when the clothes are dry and completes the cycle early if the entire cycle is not necessary. The items come out with minimal if any wrinkles and that helps a lot as well. I can't think of a better dryer for my needs. Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had it for 2 months. Not good. "Touch Start" works sometimes, sometimes doesn't. Will not fully dry. Sometimes comes out more wet than when I put it in. Lint has to be scrubbed off the lint screen. After two cycles, the lint tray compartment is so full of lint, I have to unscrew and take off the front of the lint tray compartment to clean it. After only two months, I had to call someone to come fix it. I give it 2 stars mainly because of drum size and ease of operation.

Dryer Troubleshooting for Long Dry Times: Key Checks
Heating: Check if the dryer is producing heat (run a heated cycle for 5 minutes and feel inside).
Venting & Airflow: This is the most likely cause if the dryer is heating.
Cleanliness: Clean the lint screen after every use and occasionally clean residue from fabric softener. The house vent line should be cleaned every one to two years.
Obstruction: Verify the outside exhaust hood is not blocked (must be 12" from ground/objects).
Condition: Ensure the vent is not crushed and is made of 4" diameter heavy metal material (not foil/plastic).
Length: Keep the vent run as short and straight as possible.
Cycle Selection: Use an automatic cycle for best performance. Note that the EcoBoost™ option will increase drying time by approximately 40 minutes.
Error Codes: An AF or "Check Vent" error code indicates restricted airflow/clogged vent. Touch any key to clear.

The type of settings are simple enough to use and specific enough to give options for today's multitude of materials that laundry is made of.

Since it was floor model the dealer setup one year warranty with 3rd party vendor a n d it is ordeal getting them t o set up appointment.
Not happy about this.
