Slightly Confused

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer works great, but the manual is hard to read and I do not know what all the settings do... yet. Also, whichever AI or grade-school-level person you have entering your customer data has given me the wrong name (perhaps she has a new boyfriend and can't stop typing his name). To correct that error, my name is Rich, not Jeff. Please correct that in your records.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Acceptable option for an economy dryer. Only feature I don't like it is the vent filter. Installer didn't explain how to open the cover. Had to use AI app to figure it out. Always have to be extremely careful with pulling it out, as it goes in at an angle. Looks like it would be easy to damage.

Brand and product still does not disappoint us

We always had Whirlpool for a washer and dryer and the product has always been an excellent item in our household doing a lot of the heavy work of laundry for a long period of time before it starts having problems even with 5 kids in the house with us at one time. Well worth it.
