Slightly Confused

Also, whichever AI or grade-school-level person you have entering your customer data has given me the wrong name (perhaps she has a new boyfriend and can't stop typing his name). To correct that error, my name is Rich, not Jeff. Please correct that in your records.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Acceptable option for an economy dryer. Only feature I don't like it is the vent filter. Installer didn't explain how to open the cover. Had to use AI app to figure it out. Always have to be extremely careful with pulling it out, as it goes in at an angle. Looks like it would be easy to damage.
