Timed dryer option not working.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased three weeks ago, and after first week the timed option of drying stopped working. It was nearly impossible to get an actual person when calling the Whirlpool support number. All I was able to do was schedule a repair appointment, and am currently awaiting for that to happen.
