Noisy unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is noisy. The motor whines during startup making me question the longevity of this machine. I did have to adjust the level after the first wash. It was dancing around and shaking the whole laundry room. After leveling it washes fine but the whining motor is bothersome.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

"On the Fence"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received this washer last week and have done a few loads of laundry. Compared to our previous washer the wash cycles are very long (60 minutes or longer). It has a lot of pauses and I'm not sure what cycle it is on. With our old washer you could hear what cycle (Fill, Wash, Spin) it was on and you can't lift the lid to check the laundry as it is locked during the whole wash cycle. I just have to get used to starting the wash cycle and walk away for an hour or more. I miss the Kennmore washer.

Loud, but efficient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is LOUD, however it is balanced very well so it's not swinging everywhere when on the spin cycle. If you don't mind the noise, then this washer will be fine for you. The agitator is easy to remove and replace. There's also more space inside for clothes than I thought. I had it delivered and set up for me. The two guys that were here were quick and called me when they were near me, so I got it delivered two hours early. They set it up with no problems. Also, it cleans really well. Does what a washer should. I've had no problems with it.

Mediocure product & service

No written instructions included with the product and left up to the buyer to research this information on the website. Website is complicated to navigate and is more of a marketing tool for Whirlpool. Product is quite noisy at startup. If I knew all this before I purchased it I would not have bought it.

Not happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive had the washer for 30 days and it has not worked since the day it was purchased new. Won't spin on the wash cycle. I registered the washer but cannot get through to anyone at whirlpool for repair.
