Haven't had the courage to use it again.
Perhaps it wasn't installed properly by the whirlpool/JB Hunt installers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been extremely happy with the washer. Clothes are clean. The spinner really does a very good job of getting out water from the clothes and washer. Creating less time in the dryer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Do not buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the machine for one day, complained to the store, they sent out a repair man the following day, and said yes this is the way it is suppose to perform. It is the loudest most obnoxious machine, it clangs so hard when changing cycles it vibrates the pipes in the house, and scares the dogs so much they bolt outside. The clothes are still very wet after finishing, I returned to store, and got another machine, this was the worst washer I have ever had.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is so loud. There isn’t anywhere to put the detergent. I hadn’t even realized this when I bought it. And I have no idea how to put the softener in besides running the load through another rinse cycle.

Machine is less than 1 month old and it will not move out of the sense mode. That is… it won’t start washing. Whirlpool site has no useful information. An excellent YouTube video showed how to get detail document with error code list. You’ll need to pull your washer away from the wall and take off parts of the back.

Removable agitator the best.
