Not enough water

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. The only complaint that we have so far is that the only water level setting that we use is the max fill setting. All the other settings do not use enough water to clean clothes. Not keen on the lid lock either. I wish we could go back to the spin cycle stopping when you open lid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washer 8/28/25 and it broke down 10/30/25. As of today 12/7/25 it is still not working. WHIRLPOOL does not have parts to repair and no RESOLUTION. I am a very DISAPPOINTED DISSATISFIED customer. I feel I have been treated unprofessionally and unfairly. I purchased this washer brand new and now after ONLY 2 months I have no washer. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES NOT EVEN IF ITS FREE!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lousy instructions and no compartments for liquids

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not happy with washer. It doesn’t have compartments for detergent or fabric softener. Real pain in the rear. I don’t like the control panel either. Instruction paper that came with it does not show very much on how to add detergent or softener. Wish I bought a different one.

Horrible features..no directions

I've been using this brand new washer for just 2 months ...it's the worst ever..have it set on full fill and you put your laundry in and detergent then it goes to fill part way up called soak cycle, spins with little water, uses all my soap, drains, then partially
fills again to go to wash cycle and soap has already been used up..lid locked so can't open!! Awful..have to keep on Bulky cycle to get enough water!!!

Not Happy With Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the washer new. After a couple weeks started having problems with being out of balance and banging. Followed instructions on Whirlpool website but ti did not get better. Had a service tech look at the washer and he said the suspension rods are bad. The suspension rods are on back order at least four weeks.
