Manual machine like the old ones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I give it 4 starts because there is no compartment for soap or fabric softener. If you select softener, the machine adds a stop cycle and you have to manually add the product and restart the machine. Totally manual. This was NOT clear in the product display and documentation until I tried to use it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The removable agitator to wash larger things.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really, wanted to rate it a 3.5, because the noise level and vibration is really bad. Can pretty much hear throughout the house. I will probably be buying some foam mat to place on floor, to see if it helps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely hate it don’t like the digital settings it takes so long for the water to start that you think it’s not working I will NEVER buy another one or maybe just whirlpool again I cry every time I have to use absolutely HATE the washer and I make sure to tell everyone I know and post it on every social media page I can that I hate this waser
