Great until its not. Where's the original quality?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our last whirlpool washer lasted us 11.5 years. Which is the only reason I bought a new one without doing any research. This new one lasted 2 days (5 washes) before it just stopped working. Had to wait another 5 days for the technician to come look at it under my 12 month warranty. I may update after its fixed, hopefully its repaired soon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Whirlpool A Name I Can Trust!

So far so good with this new washer. The drum is a lot bigger than my older model so that is nice. This digital features work great too.

Loud and proud!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a solid machine. My only issues with this are how loud it is and the lid is very heavy with no close assist (may be accidently slammed). Otherwise I love the removable agitator!
I would recommend this to a friend!

POOR Instruction for proper use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine seems to perform adequately, however Whirlpool does not provide adequate instruction for operating the machine. Historically, after selecting the appropriate cycle, temperatures and options, you would add soap, partially fill the tub with water, then add the clothes. There are NO adequate instructions regarding how to properly pause/resume a cycle to allow these simple steps. Until you get accustomed to the timing, you will end up restarting the cycle beginning with pumping out the tub.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my previous Whirpool washer after 14 years of use with another Whirpool. I was told the replacement machine probably won't last as long, which is disappointing. This replacment machine appeared to have many of the same settings I had on my previous model, although located in different areas of the display. I was disappointed that this model had no end of wash sound notification. I also find the lid to be heavy but buckles when you lean on it.

Noisy, simple machine
