Clutch problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sadly, I am on my third Maytag washer since March 2025. The first 2 were the same model. Both had clutch issues. This third model is different with hopes that there would be no issues, however, it appears to be doing the same thing.
Clunking sound when it shifts into different cycles. I would like to know if Maytag is getting other calls with this same issue ???

I bought the Pet-Smart.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a made in USA Maytag top of line, I was able to have 9 years of service with. The transmission went in the old one.
With the new one, there was no manual, just a quick start that has limited info. Had I know how slowly the machine started—5,4,3,2,1 count down then a blank screen I would not have thought it was damaged. I returned this one and had another delivered. Online info is difficult to find or is it none existent?!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer works very well. The impeller provides a good amount of agitation to remove tough stains. It didn’t use a ton of water and was relatively quiet while running. I love the pet feature and will be using it frequently! The washer also looks very luxurious with nice finishes. All around we are impressed

Both the washer and dryer are easy to operate and quite when on full spin cycle. I could not be happier, don't know why anyone would chose anything other than Maytag for their appliance needs.
