Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer to replace an LG because the Maytag is made in USA. It is slightly smaller than the LG which is good. The new Maytag has a center agitator which gets the clothes cleaner than the LG which didn’t have a center agitator. The only complaint I have is during the water fill and the agitator cycle it is kind of noisy with water swishing noise. Other than that this is a great product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good morning I normally don't write reviews but I have to write about this washing machine. First when installed and installed by a professional made sure 4-point laser level for 100% accurate balance. Saying that this washing machine so far has nothing but problems first noisy is noisy could be you can hear only to the second floor it keeps shutting down and trying to recycle itself on normal wash cycle sometimes doesn't complete the full load and clothes come out wet all the times the program seems to be off when it goes to drain the machines starts to go to spin cycle before complete all the water out. Second when machine goes to fil it doesn't matter if it's on auto or Max never find the level correctly it starts washing close half full of water on a full load of clothes and then when it wants to it starts refilling after the wash cycle not on a fill cycle. This machine also on spin cycle you can't even wash one comforter blanket without that thing making banging noise and go out on sensor issues also out of seven or eight washes the machine goes into some kind of code different codes every single time from one reason to another it's like hitting Lotto to get a good complete cycle not happy like I said this machine was installed by professional down to perfection and prewarned lot of the machines have issues right off the box. I'm the lucky one to get a bad one I guess I had an older machine GE direct drive last me 20 years matter what kind of clothes I put in there it cleaned.

GREAT washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the washer 10/2025. upon usage i noticed the laundry was washed very well and very efficient. all or most of the water after the spin cycle was removed from the clothes/items. The only issue i have is i can't see what is going on in the washer through the cycles ( the lid locks closed )....i am very curious how everything works!! i am sure it is very advanced .
