Best morning routine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just had my Nespresso machine for a week and it's been a lifesaver. The virtuoso next is awesome and I love the larger quantities of coffee compared to the smaller espresso but everything tastes great. I use my milk frother for cold foam every time too so if you don't have one and like that style absolutely get one with a bundle!

Love it so much I had to get another one for work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I fell in love with my first vertuo next a couple months ago and I can’t drink any other coffee anymore so I had to get a second one to have at work. Got the limited edition all matte black one and it’s gorgeous. The coffee is so frothy and creamy my coworkers think it’s a cappuccino

Leaking Base but Great Customer Service

I got this machine a year ago as a gift. it was running smoothly the past year until a month ago. It started to leak coffee out of the base when it WAS NOT brewing. When it was brewing there would be no leakage. Looking online it seems like this is a common problem amongst customers of the Vertuo Next. But, when I called about the problem customer service was great and offered a replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
