My 1st Nespresso

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so happy with my Nespresso!! I usually have to drink sweet coffee and now I don’t I just needed a smoother better tasting coffee with the right h20!! I’m hooked on the variety of flavors and the Limited Kona Coffee

My WOW moments.

My first WOW moment was after placing my machine order, I was told delivery would be 3-5 days, I received it in 2 day! My second WOW moment, east setup for first use. Finally WOW moment, experiencing/indulging my first cup of coffee; the aroma was amazing, preparing my taste buds to the rich smooth, creamy coffee, pure satisfaction!

Super versatile!

Too loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We much prefer our Vertuo Plus over the Vertuo Next. The footprint was similar in size so the next wasn’t much smaller if at all and was way too loud. We returned it and will purchas another Vertuo Plus. Returning was very easy, thank you Nespresso.

We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body, and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Leaks!

After using for a year, the machine started to leak on the bottom. There is a puddle of water under the machine if the water storage tank has any water in it. Kind of annoying to have to clean water up every time you want to use it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Vertuo next

I bought this machine over a year ago, it only works when it wants to. It’s a good machine when it wants to be, brews amazing coffee.. but Bought it thinking it’d save me time on my way to work but would get stuck at home trying to make it work to take a coffee to go! I’ve wasted so many pods sadly from it not working properly. I had descaled it and cleaned it when needed and still acts up. I had support on the phone helping me trying to find the problem wrong with it but wasn’t very helpful, just had me clean it which I do.. so I just Finally just bought a different machine hopefully it doesn’t do the same thing.
I would recommend this to a friend!
