[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my first machine for home, and was so impressed with it, I had to buy another one for work. Always smooth, and drinkable, not so hot it burns, or you have to wait for it to cool. It’s the perfect addition to my coffee collection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Efficient appliance with minimal needs for counter space, produces a consistent experience for a cup of espresso, or cup of coffee. Components are housed well. Resulting cup of coffee is Enjoyable & Flavorful. Interaction with the technology to brew is a single button. Interaction with the app is a nice-to-have but not-required unless you need / want info about the appliance’s performance. Or, to order the capsules. Uncomfortable experience with the instruction booklets— could use a better ink color and font to accommodate 20/20 eyesight. I get it. Nice motif, just doesn’t support a great user experience at all. The pages of instructions that are explaining what it means to see the light blink, should be a thin card that fits in the well-designed waste basket. I’m not a fan of keeping that type of paper readily available in a kitchen environment. Overall, I’m enjoying my VN morning coffee experience.

This machine is perfection. It’s tiny and doesn’t and up a ton of space but works insanely well. Easy to clean and works with the OL (Original Line) pods. Perfect for espressos

Loving my Vertuo Next!

Bought this about a month ago and loving it. Wish the coffee temperature was a bit hotter as I do like my coffee very hot. Adding milk to th 7.7 oz. does cool it down quite a bit. I love trying the various coffee varieties. Loving the ability to try various flavors and recipes. Definitely a keeper and highly recommend!

Amazing Espresso, Super Easy to Use

I love how it automatically detects the Nespresso pod size and deposits the empty pod into the little trash bin. I've never had an espresso machine, but it tastes so much better and smoother than I expected!
