Beautiful design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not saying, you have to be a barista, but you definitely have to have some sort of common sense and experience when it comes to using this machine lol. Are used to be a single cup kind of girl as well as a drip kind of girl. I have now become a bougie at home, barista whipping up espresso, and what not for my guests. Absolutely love this coffee maker, and the ability to make different kinds of espresso‘s right at home. Saves me ton of money from going to my local coffee shops and I love to impress my company when they come over and think they’re just getting a regular cup of coffee beautiful design by the way I can’t get over how greatly designed this is a little glass cup is a perfect touch.
Pros: Convenient, Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Has Delicious Crema, Makes Delicious Espressos, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.), Wide variety of capsule brands to choose from, Appealing Design
Cons: Too Noisy, Does not make coffee hot enough

Pretty excited

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Vertuo Next Premium is a pretty nice machine. It is one of the smallest coffee/Expresso machines I've seen but you couldn't tell by the power it packs. One of the first things I noticed was the very elegant design with the rose gold. Made it look very fancy sitting on my counter. I also noticed that there's a feature where you can place the cup holder at multiple different levels, which is nice when you want little clean up. It's fast, it's efficient, and once again so small. It's super simple to use and easy to clean. This is definitely a must-have if you love coffee/expresso and really want to amazing drinks and still have space on your counter.

SO IN LOVE!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using a Keurig for years and wanted to see what the Nepresso hype was all about. This did not disappoint at all! The coffee was super delicious and the machine itself was really easy to setup and the instructions to operate were very clear. The only thing I want to try out next would be to get reusable cups to be more eco friendly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is great. I love the different flavors. It is easy to use for beginners. I love that it doesn't take up too much space because I have little to spare. It starts brewing very fast and I usually add that to to ice and maybe caramel sooo good.

It is very well made and makes great tasting hot drinks. It is easy and simple to use. I use this machine almost everyday. It fits perfectly on my kitchen counter. I would highly recommend this vertuo machine.

Enjoying it so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my machine so far. My only pain point from experience with a previous machine is how to work through the error notices or descaling process. Since it’s just the flashing light indicator and not a display screen with messages it’s a bit tough to work through.

Limited useful life but great customer service

I am on my third machine in 22 months. First one quit working after 4 months and second on stopped working after 14 months. Loved the coffee but machine appears to have a very limited life. Customer service is great and machines were replaced quickly and without issue. Now have the original Vertuo model and it is working fine. Hoping it is more durable that the Next.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
