NOISY/LOUD Works Intermittently

I am not happy with this machine. When it makes coffee, the coffee is excellent. However, first and foremost, the machine is entirely too loud even by Nespresso's own admission. I want a cup of coffee for comfort and quiet time. The noise it makes disturbs the entire vibe. Descaling and operational use of the machine is off/on. My first one leaked, the 2nd one the descaling light comes on even after descaling. I have wasted too many pods trying to get the orange blinking light to stop and this is expensive. It works off/on and is not easy to use even per video and instructions by Nespresso. I'm simply not happy. However because the coffee is so delicious and smooth, I want to see if I can exchange for another one that uses the same pods since I have 26 of them left.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Addition to my Kitchen!!!

Not only is the machine beautifully designed, but it takes up very little counter space. It was very easy to learn to use. The simplicity in making different types of coffee drinks at a consistent basis can not be stated enough. This is a great product that produces great tasting drinks! The temperature is perfect and the machine automatically adjusts to the capsule inside. I highly recommend this to any coffee lover looking to add a variety of drinks to their morning coffee routine!

Strong coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I drink coffee daily about 2 big cups. I was intrigued by this Nespresso machine very much so. It is nice that you can get different size pods for it so you can have more ounces. The coffee black is very very bitter, I'm a cream and sugar girl. It took more then usual to make it drinkable for me. I might try making an iced drink with this and adding cream and sugar. I like that there's an app you can pair the machine with. Though I've been having issues pairing it to my phone. The directions are simple enough too follow though ( user error I'm assuming).
Doesn't take long to brew the coffee, the machine is loud but only for a few moments. Coffee comes out great and I haven't seen any coffee splatters around the machine. I really like that when you open the machine to put another pot in that the old pod pops back into a reservoir. And after 4:00 or 5:00 cups you can empty the reservoir without having to touch the pods.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely 100% in love with my new Nespresso Vertuo Next machine. It does so much to be so compact. We’ve all already got a million gadgets on our countertop; the size really helps out. I love that it came with a variety of coffee flavors for me to try. And, it also comes with a darling little mug. It can create so many types of drinks too…coffee, espressos, etc.

Sticky handle after a while and impossible to use

I bought this machine 2 years ago. It was working fine for 2 years. Eventually the handle become very sticky and impossible to open.

Leaks everywhere

3 stars at best.. I got one of these as a gift last Christmas. It was leaking water in two months. So I got it replaced, they sent me a red one when I had a black… I didn’t want to bother with it since it was already a pain in the butt to replace. Been using the red one for about 6 months and same issue. Just leaks all over and doesn’t work correctly. I would get it replaced but it was a gift and my MIL can’t find the order information on it, so I’ll be switching to something else.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrific coffee & espresso, great looking machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was not our first Nespresso machine, we have a Creatista as well, but this Vertuo Next machine is my favorite of the two. I appreciate the black body with rose gold accents, it looks sleek and fancy on our counter. It's got a slimmer footprint so it can slide between our other small countertop appliances easily. It was easy to get unboxed and set up, once we ran the initial cleaning cycle to just clean out any dust or whatever may have been left inside from the manufacturing process we each made ourselves a cup of some very tasty espresso. It included a sample pack of various espressos and coffee capsules. I love how simple it is to make whatever drink you want - you pop in a capsule, lock the lid, and press the button and the machine reads the barcode on the capsule and automatically knows how much water to add. Very cool! It heats up very quickly and the water temperature is always just right. The used capsule falls into a used capsule storage bin and that can hold 10 capsules before it needs to be emptied. You can make anything from a 1.35 ounce espresso to an 18 ounce pour over style carafe. I prefer the double espressos myself, but everything I have tried so far has been outstanding, some of the best coffee and espresso I have ever had. Each drink comes out with a beautiful layer of thick, foamy crema on top and tastes fantastic. This machine uses bluetooth and you can download their Nespresso app and connect your machine to it, this will keep you informed on the health of your machine, telling you when to run the cleaning cycle, and you can also purchase more capsules through it when you're running low. We have had nothing but good experiences with this machine. We absolutely love it!
