[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cool machine, but complicated to use! The instructions have you download an app and Bluetooth connect it. Once I did that, the app didn't assist with anything it just shows the condition of the machine and if it needed water/cleaned. It only makes a tiny bit of espresso. More as a shot. I'm not sure how to get it to make more, or a cup. There are no other buttons or directions.
It disposes of the pods all by itself. And the pods are reusable! Pretty cool concept! Just hard to work!
Pros: Convenient, Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Makes Delicious Espressos, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.), Appealing Design
Cons: Does not make enough coffee in a cup, Water tank is too small
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Vertuo Next! It keeps consistently making the best cups of espresso and coffees I’ve made in my home. I found it very easy to clean, setup, and use. I enjoy the variety of sizes and flavors for whatever mood I’m in.

Awesome Coffee Machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lovely coffee machine! Brews excellent coffee. No more need to go to Starbucks. Very sleek model, doesn't take much space on your countertop. It automatically detects the type of capsule and brews the exact amount of coffee. Loved the assortment of capsules it came with and also a Nespresso Cup!
Pros: Convenient, Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Easy to Use, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.)
Cons: Does not have a built-in milk frother

Worked for only 1 week, then an error light!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When you're a coffee lover, you know making a good cup of coffee doesn't need to be complicated! The Nespresso Vertuo Next makes the process anything but simple. For starters, the machine setup was relatively simple. The manual was easy to use and pairing the machine to my phone and wifi was straightforward. I was disappointed though, because I thought I could use the nespresso app to make coffee at particular times throughout the day. All the app does, is facilitate ordering more expensive pods and give a few trouble shooting remedies. The bundle came with a sample pack of coffee pods ranging from espresso sizes to full caraffe sizes and a glass mug. I will say, that there are many tasty options in the sampler pack. My favorite flavor, was surprisingly the decaffe pod. It had a very bold but smooth flavor. I love the way the Vertuo Next made the coffee look, with a thick foam layer on the top. I did however wish that the coffee when made would be alot hotter though. Despite the excellent taste and the perfect foam on top, the machine worked for only a week and then I got the flashing error message. After trouble shooting, resetting the machine and wasting multiple pods, it worked once. Unlike the first time, the completed coffee did have foam on top but it also had grounds in the mug. I am truly disappointed in this coffee machine and due to its short shelf life, I wouldn't recommend it.

The perfect cup of espresso

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nespresso has outdone themselves; I had no idea that I could have an incredible homemade espresso while using a pod and the Nespresso machine at home. Out of the box, the instructions were clear and easy to set-up. For the first run of the machine, placing the pod and setting the machine to brew were easy; the machine running sounds like an espresso machine at a coffee shop. Overall, the Nespresso is a fairly quiet machine, given that it’s pressing espresso. The result, is a glorious cup of espresso with the foam on top. It’s truly a work of art, and a fun process to observe. At the end of the brew process, Nespresso created a handy disposal of pods process; once the top is opened, the machine dumps the pod into an internal container for out of sight removal and storage. I’m so excited to try the many different flavors available, and experiment with different size pods. This is hands down one of the best self-serve coffee machines out there, and I can’t recommend Nespresso enough.

I love Nespresso

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Nespresso machine is a game changer. The coffee is a so much better than other pod coffee makers. I sometimes use a manual espresso machine but when I am pressed for time, this is my go to machine. The pods come out to a little over a dollar per pod, but this machine makes beautiful coffee. The crema is great and I have had no issues. I do wish the water tank/holder could have a slightly bigger capacity, but this is a good size if not using for a whole family.

Best coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love our Nesspresso machine. We get coffee house coffee at the press of one button. So easy to to place the capsule in and operate. I also love all the different options of coffee available to make with this machine. You can make anything from a single espresso to a carafe. The flavors are also endless with Nesspresso offering everything from pumpkin spice to holiday options. This is the best tasting coffee and the easiest to make.
