Confusing at first, but Works great

It's really confusing at first, my original problem was that the water wasn't flowing through it, but I guess you just remove the tank and make sure that you see bubbles come from the bottom when you click it in.
Seconds issue, was that I didn't understand that it automatically knows how much water to pump through, depending on what pods you're using.
I thought that I needed to select the size, so that my cup wouldn't overflow, but I guess it knows on its own.
Honestly if you're going to make me download an app to operate it, the app should have a tutorial.

Just like having a cafe at home

Quick and easy to use the available variety cup packs provide an also endless variety of styles and flavors for even the pickiest of coffee drinkers.
Pros: Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Easy to Use, Has Delicious Crema, Makes Delicious Espressos, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Wide variety of capsule brands to choose from, Appealing Design
Cons: Does not have a built-in milk frother

Love my new Vertua Next

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been a long time Nespresso user using the Pixie model, and I loved the expresso that came out of that line. Just upgraded to the Vertua Next and am ecstatic with the new machine. Fantastic expresso...been using the sample pack that came with it and have new favorites! This new machine is compact, easy to use, and I do like the bluetooth feature to let me know when I should clean it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's not super bulky so it doesn't take up a ton of counter space, which is a huge plus. I love how you can have an espresso shot, a double espresso shot, a cup of coffee, or even make an entire carafe if you'd like. All with this one machine! I have tried many of the different flavors of coffee and espresso, and they are all phenomenal. You can also connect your machine to an app on your phone and see the status of it. Highly recommend!!

Machine keeps breaking — don’t buy

I had the machine for 6 months and it’s broken on me twice. Had a refurbished machine sent to me that also broke after 1 month. Don’t buy this model. The coffee is great, but this machine is not worth it. Hoping for better luck with a different model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] George Clooney was right when he promoted this machine. It's so worth it. It is so easy to use. You just pop the capsule in and press go. It makes the best espresso. I an super impressed with the ease so cleaning the machine. The cup just pops in the dish washer too.

Other single serve machines are limited in the size and characteristics of a good cup, and they tend to produce a watered down coffee. This is a totally different experience. I only wish there was some sort of refillable capsule.
