[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine is not very well built. The one touch button seems cool at first until you realize that you can't do much if your machine messes up. The problem is not with the coffee. The coffee tastes great when the machine actually works but there is so many problems with the machine. For starters, the machine leaks a lot of water when it is used. Second, the machine doesn't dispense the correct amount of liquid it should dispense. Third, no matter how many times you clean or descale your machine it will not solve the problems. Lastly, the single button feature is not intuitive. The instructions are very complicated and will leave you scratching your head and watching countless Youtube videos. I gave my review two stars because the coffee was good when it was working but that didn't last long. DO NOT buy this machine.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how easy this expresso coffee machine to set up. The coffee was smooth and has a great taste. It only takes a second to get your expresso .I just wish I could use different pods because Nespresso is expensive.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Makes Delicious Espressos, High Quality Machine
Cons: Does not make enough coffee in a cup, Not enough variety of coffee available, Not enough variety of espressos available, Too Expensive, Does not have a built-in milk frother

Slender and sleek

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Usually, I'm not one for pod style machines as I feel you can get more bang for the buck using drip style machines. The downfall to the drip style machine is no lattes, etc. I'm a huge fan of pumpkin spice lattes especially in the Fall. This machine is sleek, slender, and fits well on my countertop. It's easy to set up and wipe down. The brew sizes are taking some getting used to for me but it's a non-issue. I would rate temperature and brewing time an eight out of ten. Noise level is a little high for me as our bedrooms are on the same floor as our kitchen. I'm sure with more time, I'll be ready to explore various drink concoctions at home. The pods are a little spendy in my opinion.
I'm excited to continue using this machine and explore more flavors!

It is really easy to use and make delicious coffee and espresso! I'm going to buy one as a gift for my sister as she keeps using mine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a quick easy way to a really good cup of coffee. With the variety of choices of flavors and levels of intensity I love this machine. It also looks pretty cool, isn't huge and gives you the ability to connect to it via Bluetooth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never used a single cup coffee maker before. I have been missing out. This machine makes a coffee shop quality cup of coffee. I love how simple this machine is to use. You simply poor the water into the reservoir. You then put the pod in, lock the machine and make your coffee! The best part of this machine besides how quality the coffee is, is the small size of the machine. It takes up only half the space compared to my regular coffee pot.
