Makes great coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a huge coffee junkie and I love all different brews and tastes. I was so excited to get this machine and become my own home barista. It comes with very detailed instructions on how to set it up and get it brewing right away. It was simple to pair with my phone to use the App for maintenance, instructions and shopping. After doing the initial rinse cycle to clean the machine I was ready to make my first cup of espresso! The machine came with a coffee mug and a box of capsules so I had everything I needed right on hand. After filling the water reservoir, popping in the capsule and getting my mug in place a simple press of the start button began the brewing process. It brewed so fast and I loved watching it produce the crema right in front of me! I honestly felt like I was at a coffee shop! The design is nice and it's easy to clean. I will say that it is a bit noisier than I expected but the espresso is amazing and I can't wait to try out all the different capsules they have to offer!

Vertuo Next Dark Grey

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nespresso - Vertuo Next Dark Grey is my excuse to throw away my old coffee maker I have has for 10 year. I love the slenderness of the machine. Easy to use and clean. Cup size options are a bonus for me.

Best at home coffee hands down

Ive never been a huge coffee drinker but since getting the Nespresso Vertuo, Ive been enjoying espresso's mid afternoon and really enjoying them. Love that they have so many different options on flavors and the fact that they have a recycling program. Great product to take your morning/ afternoon coffee to the next level.

Great design and features on this coffee machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coffee produced from this machine smells soo great and the taste is just so smooth and wonderful. Some of the things i do like about it are the design and size. It fits so perfectly on my counter and it looks so up to date. Absolutely love that the water tank can be pulled off for refill unlike other machines ive had in the past that would require to have to refill a cup with water and pour until filled. Its a genius idea although there are two issues i did come across that could use a better upgrade next time. My first time trying this out i noticed the machine was leaking water all over my counter and i tried looking up solutions on the internet. I thought it was broken and was really disappointed until i realized the water tank just needed to be pushed down well so no water could escape, now when i had in the first time it did click so i assumed it was in correctly but even if it clicks it really needs to be pushed down im so glad i figured this out on my own but im sure im not the only one who has experienced this. Another thing i would change is the water container being in the back, its great for space but on the online picture i saw it was on the side so i thought it could slide to the left side of the machine too it would make it easier to refill since i am a coffee drinker and i go through lots of water in a day. Still not a big deal to me but would be nice. When i first started the machine i was instructed to install the app so i could connect it to my wifi to keep track of maintenance and purchase more coffees and appliances for the coffee maker. The app works quickly and there is a great amount of selections to choose from including flavors and pods with lesser or more cofee strengths. You can see how much each pod is sold for and they are a bit pricey but the coffee is definitely of excellent quality so i will give it that but it is a bit deceiving because the app makes it look like you can individually pick and choose the quantity and flavors you want but the minimum is ten of one flavor. I definitely would love to mix and match based on how many i get however they do have variety coffee sets. The machine is a bit loud when making my expresso shot but i have worked in coffee shops before with high quality machines and let me just say this was expected especially with it being an expresso machine. I do wish it had a milk brother built in but i did see that you can purchase on from the company website. The time it takes to heat up is something i definitely like alot the coffee or expresso shots come out very quickly and when your done with a pod the moment you unlock and lift the lid back up it dispenses the empty pod into a built in trash compartment on the side that can be either pulled to open or entirely pulled out. I love that feature about it!

Expresso!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine a few months ago and am pleased I did. The video tutorials made programming it easy. It makes a great cup of coffee. Only drawback is the refill pods are a little pricey for the average person. Overall i recommend it if you have the cash to burn on the refills .

Nice and easy

The machine is easy to use and simple to understand so most people would have an easy time using this. Overall a great addition to my kitchen, it’s smaller design fits perfectly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super sleek design that looks great on my kitchen counter. Very easy to use with the sliding the lever right and then sliding to the left and there you have it stay your coffee. My favorite thing about this is the pods are so easy to use and then when done it pops itself out and into the side basket. And the coffee is delicious and its easy to clean.
