Great when it works

We had it for a little over a year and now the orange light constantly comes on and the machine will work when it feels like it. Tried the factory reset as well as descaling and googling answers everywhere. It was a great machine and the coffee choices are fantastic, but after a year it shouldn’t go wonky.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Most of our machines come with at least one year warranty and a lifetime of troubleshooting, via our toll-free number 800-562-1465. We recommend calling in to speak with a Machine Expert at a time that is convenient for you, they may be able to offer some other options that work for you. We offer repair and replacements through our Assistance Service Program, and are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week for your convenience.

Perfect for espresso

Great size coffee maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nespresso Vertuo Next allowed me to enjoy my favorite coffee shop experience at home. The coffee maker was easy to set up on my countertop and did not take up much room. I was able to savor my favorite coffee anytime of the day.
Pros: Convenient, Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Has Delicious Crema, Makes Delicious Espressos, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Comes with a milk frother, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.), Wide variety of capsule brands to choose from, Appealing Design

They’re such an assortment and varieties of capsules to try is your beach going to Starbucks. Every cup of coffee and I’ve made is absolutely perfect they all taste fantastic it’s a wonderful machine

I'm OBSESSED!

I've owned Kuerigs for the past 15 years, but finally decided that I needed something "more". The Vertuo Next is that game changer that I was looking for. Not only does it function well, it looks downright cool in my kitchen.
I found the set up to be easy and quick. In just a few minutes, I had connected it to my phone and done an initial rinse.
I'm an espresso fan, so this is what I have been making the most. The pods are aluminum and easy to store. The fit in perfectly too. I was actually shocked at how quickly it dispensed my espresso shot. The espresso was hot, bold, frothy, and darn perfect. I immediately started browsing Nespresso's app to order other varieties. They have so many that I am excited to explore all the flavors and types. This thing is going to save me a lot of money because the coffee and espresso that it makes is cheaper and better tasting then in coffee shops.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow!!! I have been drinking the wrong coffee for awhile! Nespresso is the real deal, taste is delicious, i enjoy my cup(s) every morning! The machine is easy to use and clean up. You will no longer need to leave the house for coffee!

Horrible machine

Bought one two years ago it only lasted a month till it started blinking orange and won’t work. Called Nespresso and got a new one. 1 year later same exact problem. I changed to the Vertuo model and it’s looking way better than the vertuo next.
