Really Sleek Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming out of the box, it's all assembled except for the cup pedestal. It has a little bit of a learning curve when learning how to use the machine. After watching a video, I then learned and understood the different size of capsules and the amount of coffee or espresso that would be coming out. After said learning curve, it is a very easy item to use. I do like the automatic compost bin because the pod gets put right into it and you just empty the bin after a while. There's a lot of different flavors and different types of espresso and coffee and etc. It has many features like a Bluetooth feature you can pair to your phone and set it up to do you could be lazy as possible and not have to actually make your own. It will be really nice for when we have a party and people want after dinner drinks. It's good for those who like espressos in the evening. The sound it makes when it is spinning sounds pretty cool. When it winds up and before it dispenses, it spins the capsule so it can read which pod is in there. Each pod has a bar code so the machine knows what size and how much to make and dispense. It does not come with a milk frother, so if you like froth, get your own milk frother. It would have been nice to have that in there though since they're a very cheap accessory for an espresso machine. It did come with a 12 count of capsules, but all the same flavor. Would have been nice to have a variety pack to try out as this flavor that I was given was just a wine flavored espresso. However that doesn't take away from the quality of the machine. Do read the instructions before use though and if you don't understand do watch a video on it because it is a little bit of a learning curve to learn to use this when switching from a single cup machine. The only real negative is that you have to use the Virtuo pods and not the classic pods. It would be nice to have a one pod system.

Beautiful machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned other Nespresso machines in the past and when I got this one I found I was not disappointed. To begin, the design is great. It’s very attractive and fits well in my modern farmhouse style kitchen. Another awesome feature is that it is connected to my phone via Bluetooth through the app. It will tell one when it needs to be cleaned and if the machine is working properly. I like how the water tank is connected directly to the back of the machine instead of being someone independent of the main unit like one of Nespresso’s other designs. I found it to be easy to set up. And like always, the coffee tastes great! Nespresso has tons of coffee options on their site to choose from. It’s very easy to order and have it sent directly to one’s home! I highly recommend this model to anyone who is looking for an on demand coffee machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always wanted to get one of these machines, but never did. I am so happy I finally decided to get one. This machine is so easy to use and makes amazing drinks. I have only tried a few different of the flavors, but they have all come out great. The machine is the perfect size, and fits perfectly on the table at work. I love having great coffee available throughout the day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m happy with my new Nespresso Vertuo Next. Was easy to get going. Looks great on my counter and takes up less space than my old one. The coffee is tasty and fresh! Love that you can make anywhere from a cup to a whole pot. Self cleaning! Reasonably priced! Love it!

A lot of work for bad coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There was absolutely nothing good about my experience with this device. First of all, the instructions in the printed manual are not clear. For example, I didn't see anything in the manual about having to hold the brew button down on first use to program the preferred size, I only found that online because I couldn't understand why the device only gave me about 2 sips worth of beverage. The manual also states to use a specific amount of water when cleaning the device before use and that process should take about 7 minutes, I had to run the process twice in order to use all the water which took about 14 minutes.
The machine is also horribly loud. There is no way you would be able to brew early in the morning while household members are sleeping nearby.

I've been able to make coffee for years and years without being smart technology/blue tooth connected, so that's a waste as far as I'm concerned.
This device will sit on a shelf collecting dust from now on.

The coffee was made quickly and at the right temperature for me. Makes great froth for the perfect cup of espresso. Well manufactured machine with quality parts.

The unit itself is sleek and fits very nicely on my counter without taking up too much space. Water reservoir has a good capacity so you are ready for more than one person to make their drinks without waiting for refills. Plus, speedy heat up!
The drinks are amazing and it is so convenient to have the pods included with the machine.
Another great feature is the Wi-Fi / Bluetooth with the easy connectivity! It connected with little effort on my part!!

Frees up SOOO much counter space!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not my first Nespresso Vertuo. However, it is about half the width of my previous version! I don't use my Nespresso on a day to day basis so the fact that the water tank and "used cup" container are smaller doesn't bother me. I would rather have the counter space. The water reservoir and used pod container are very easy to access. I would highly recommend this Nespresso maker if you value your counter space!
Pros: Does not take up too much room on my countertop
