Such good iced coffee!!

Problems

I got this from my son. His mother in law and he have the older version and I always loved it so he bought me the "upgraded" version. Unfortunately I have had nothing but problems. Dozens of wasted cups, leaks daily and needs to be unplugged and reset frequently. What makes me give this machine 2 stars instead of 1 is because I love the coffee so I keep using it. I will be contacting the company soon to see if they will replace it or give me a significant credit to purchase a different model. It's funny though because I keep recommending the product (original or older model) to friends. Will keep you posted......

Best Pod Coffee Yet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Vertuo Next Dark Grey makes a fantastic cup of espresso and coffee. I've never been big on quick pod coffee, but I now get the Nespresso hype. The machine is attractive and attractive to use. Hopefully the build quality holds up as based on the good first impression.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful machine easy to use instructions where easy to read and follow pretty lengthy power cord only negative thing i have to say about it is doesn't make a big enough cup of coffee for me seems it makes half of what they say it should make
