Nespresso has an amazing customer service and they will help you with whatever you need. The coffee is amazing. Before Nespresso I used to have 2 to 3 cups of coffee a day and now I only need one. I would much rather drink my Nespresso then go to a coffee shop

Excellent Machine

I’ve had mine since 5/2020 and over 2 yrs later it’s still working perfectly. No problems or issues at any point. It’s easy to clean, and my partner and I use it almost daily (if not multiple times a day). I’ve now recommended this to all my friends as this has really been one of the better kitchen appliance investments I’ve made.

Broke TWICE

I love Nespresso but my machine broke a few months in. They sent me a replacement, but it was refurbished and broke a couple of weeks in. Definitely going to try Vertuo Plus since the reviews are better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
