I adore my Nespresso

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I adore my Nespresso Vertuo Next Coffee and Espresso Machine. The pros are that the coffee and espressos are simply delicious. The cons are that the pods for the machine are expensive and have to be ordered. I will be using my machine for a long time.

I honestly could not

I honestly could not be more disappointed with a product. My machine, despite very careful cleaning and maintenance, broke twice. HOWEVER, I am giving it 2 stars since Nespresso support is FANTASTIC and sent me first a free replacement machine and second an entirely different make of machine that I have had zero issues with so far.

It's Garbage!

This machine sucks!!! It just stopped working and has wasted numerous coffee pods trying to fix it and get it to work. Apparently it's just how it was designed. Look online and see the numerous youtube videos of people trying to fix it, and their customer service could care less. This device was sold to us in Bloomingdales by a Nespresso rep and he never thought to mention descaling once. This hunk of junk didn't even last a year and even after descaling, it still doesn't work. Save your money and your time! The machine is poorly designed and you'll get little to no support if you need it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

VERTUO NEXT

I have had my machine for about a year now, yet today it started leaking coffee (from underneath) - Quite disappointing. Nespresso customer care is sending me a new one, I will give it a second chance, hoping it works properly. Also it has not been brewing the coffee too hot.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This has to be one of the best espresso machine purchased I’ve made. You get what you pay for.I use it daily if not every other day. I love it and very happy with this espresso machine.

This machine makes incredible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine makes incredible coffee!! It’s also a relatively small footprint so doesn’t take up much counter space. I do feel like it’s a bit unnecessarily high tech, I definitely had some issues getting it set up with a blinking light and while trying to resolve that ran into some complaints from others about this model which makes me nervous that I might run into some issues down the line. I also wish there were more options of where to buy pods, nespresso has a good variety on their site but would love to be able to pick them up more locally or even have a refillable pod style that I could fill with locally roasted beans.

We’ve had our machine

We’ve had our machine for almost 1.5 years and love it. My favorite part is that it makes every size of coffee or espresso you could want.. even a carafe. We didn’t get a nespresso before this one because of their lack of size variety so this is the perfect fit for us. Great for a double shot, 1 cup or a carafe when we have guests over.
