Coffee is wonderful when it works.

Customer service is great and the coffee is amazing. But, I've had it for one week and just stops working. I did clean it like it said even though I've only used it at the most 12-14 times. The power light just stays white and does nothing. I've waisted 6-7 cups troubleshooting. Call today and they are shipping out a new one with a return label for mine.

It was amazing while

It was amazing while it lasted but after a couple months it stopped working. But before that it made a great espresso and heats up quickly! It was hard to get ahold of the customer service but when I did they sent me a new one which should get here soon.

My kids bought me

My kids bought me this for Christmas and I couldn't be happier. I love my coffee and this has taken it to the next level. I have made the coffees ans the espresso and batista creations. Everything has been amazing. I do not think I can go back to drinking my k cups anymore.

The best coffee maker

The best coffee maker I have ever had! And the Nespresso coffee is amazing! You also have the option to make you own pods if you have a favorite coffee! Not to mention the creamer whip/ heater!! Overall amazing and makes a fabulous cup of coffee! The Vertuo also sells Starbucks capsules! Super easy to use and worth the money! I will have this coffee machine as long as it lasts! I have had no issues at all and always looking forward to my morning coffee!

I love my expresso machine. It was all I had been waiting for for a long time and it works amazing. It has a slot in it where the cups fall into for East disposal and makes my expresso drinks quick and easy.

Descalling this machine and making it work is a nightmare.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
