Great machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded from a different Vertuo machine primarily to get access to the Alto pods. The machine is great so far. I just wish it had a bigger water tank.

Best coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I generally really happy with this machine! I’m on my second one. Our first one lasted about three years and then had some leaking issues. That being said we were using our machine to make 6+ coffees per day. Its life span felt aligned with its use. The coffee really is top notch.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was using an old espresso machine when I ordered the Nespresso Virtuoso. It makes much better coffee and is so fast. When I'm in a hurry it’s wonderful to get a great cup of coffee in a flash!

Not Horrible

Got one in December. I loved it! One day it stopped working. It would turn on and then the red light blinked and just shut off. Customer Service is the best. They sent me a new machine. In April all the pods tasted bitter. I thought maybe it was the pods I was using but no it was the machine. I called and the sent me a refurbished Next machine. I had that a for 2 weeks and it would leak during the cleaning cycle. I called again and I was able to switch out my machine to a different one. Honestly I loved this machine but I just didn't love the issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
