Not a bad machine

Love my machine! 3 months of using it 1-3 times a day and no issues. I have read so many bad things about the machine but they haven’t happened to me luckily. Only downside is the fact it is hard to close and lock to brew coffee now. Really need to work to get it closed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

However, we understand that the machine can be difficult to close at times, and we’re happy to provide some user tips that may help. Coffee grounds can build up in the upper head unit. We recommend opening the head and in the upper unit, carefully grab around the rotating part and rotate it around a few times one way, and then around a few times the other way, until the rotating unit spins easily. Once the rotating unit spins easily, we recommend running the Clean Cycle to eliminate coffee grounds build up within the brew unit.
For best maintenance for your Vertuo Next, we recommend to always eject the used capsule after every use, run the Clean Cycle once a week, and descale your machine every three months. All removable spare parts, including the water tank, should be washed by hand at least once a week.
The Vertuo Next comes with a one-year warranty and a lifetime of troubleshooting support through Nespresso. She LOVES it! She told me she made 3 lattes the other day - haha! It is so user friendly and a great introduction to homemade, luxury coffees. Set up is so easy and only takes minutes.
