Great quality coffee maker!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Nespresso Vertuo Next! From the crema on top to the rich flavor, it is hard to make coffee any other way at my house. The machine is rather quiet and makes coffee much quicker than a drip system. I have not tried a carafe yet, but anything from a single espresso to double espresso to a cup is quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this Nespresso machine to anyone looking for an upgrade.

First machine broke after a year but was replaced

There was lots of troubleshooting but it was determined it needed to be replaced and it was an easy replacement process once we got there.
