Love my Nespresso!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had stayed with a cousin who shared her Nespresso products with me..and I can’t thank her enough! I absolutely loved the variety and flavors and convenience. I am a coffee enthusiast and have FINALLY found my dream coffee maker.

I’ve had this for less than 3 years and have already gone through one replacement and now I need another one for the exact same issue. I wish I just kept my keurig :( now I have to fight with this every morning just to maybe get a cup.

Terrible machine, good customer service

I purchased the Vertuo Next in July. It did not heat up the water properly so I returned it for another Vertuo Next machine which I received in September. That machine lasted one month and now will not brew coffee. It will flash orange and flood the capsule container with coffee. Customer service was wonderful and have said they will replace this machine with another line. I told them I do not want the Vertuo Next even though it is the newest line. It simply doesn’t work well.

Not happy

Makes a horrible noice whenever I use it, feel like it’s going to burst. Very hard to push the lid down after placing coffee pod. Plus the water lid in the back always falls into the water.

Hi, Ang65. Thank you for your review. We are sorry to learn you are not happy with the Vertuo Next machine as it is loud and harder to close. We recommend running a rinse cycle through the machine weekly, as coffee build up can cause the machine to sound louder. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, as scale build up can also cause the machine to brew louder. Each machine comes with at least a one-year warranty and a lifetime of troubleshooting assistance through our toll-free number, 800-562-1465. I’ve had this machine for a year and I haven’t had any issues. My family raved about it the whole week of thanksgiving. So much that I bought them all one for Christmas. I hope their machines work properly as I am seeing a lot of negative reviews recently.

Faulty machine

I purchased this machine about 6 months ago. Initially, it worked great, but the open and close function is a little clunky. The machine started overheating and wouldn't make two cups in a row. NOW, it does not work at all. I have a different model at my office that still works like a dream. I would skip this one if I were you.

Great Coffee but the machine never works!

We use this product a lot because we both work from home. We are on our second machine because it seems like this product has a lot of issues. The first one completely stopped working the first 6 months we had it. The second is to the point that I have to go through the "cleaning" process and factory reset for the machine EVERY TIME to brew a pod. It is very frustrating. Will not be getting this machine again.
