2nd replacement

This machine has broken on me twice. They offered to replace it again , but don’t have a “refurbished” machine in the color I bought so I had to compromise and get a different one that I’m not happy with. Really a shame cause it’s on stock on the website, not my fault the Nespresso machine keeps breaking but it I’m still the one who needs to compromise on the color.

Difficulty in opening cavity to place virtuo capsu

Not intuitive. Very hard to open the cavity to place capsule in. You need extra muscles to unlock and open. Weak people can't use this machine.

Terrible model

I purchased this as a gift for my mother. I feel awful and embarrassed giving this as a gift. The machine leaked water all over the counter at random times when in operation. The machine turns on randomly and started pouring water as if it were making a cup of coffee when no one actually was using it. Now the machine has completely stopped working. This is only a year old. So much for buying the best model for someone I care about. This machine was not over used as my mom lives by herself. I understand there may be some random/minor problems but this was a complete disaster. I would strongly advise anyone to not purchase this for their self or anyone. You’re suppose to enjoy the coffee, not have it stress you out.

Takes up more counter space and feels cheep.

Will be turning it. It does not fit on our coffee bar, that’s the main reason. The other machines allow you to put the water container on the side, this one does not so it will not fit where my old machine used to sit. Also the water container is so small. The lever that opens the top is so jerky, not smooth, seems like it’s going to break or get worse easily. Just overall king of a crappy design for what it costs. Never even used it.

This is so difficult to close

This constantly feels like your breaking the machine and I can hardly even do it with two hands. Def have to put the baby down to make an espresso

It’s problem

I bought it for 2021 Thanksgiving, so I'm worried that it will break down again due to multiple problems in a month I used the original machine well for 10 years and it broke down, so I switched to the virtual machine, but I regret it

Cold coffee

I bought this this week and I’m very disappointed with the coffee temperature! I love espresso but it feels like not fresh because it’s almost cold! Do not recommend

Great features and great coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I lost my Nespresso Virtuo to hurricane Ian and was lost without my wonderful machine and the finest coffee I've ever enjoyed. Received my new machine five days ago and I'm back in coffee shangri la.
