Horrible

Went through 2 machines in one year! Each one worked for 6 months - absolutely nuts!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We’re happy to see you were able to speak with a Machine Expert and arranged to receive a replacement machine. For best maintenance for your new VertuoPlus, we recommend to always eject the used capsule after every use, run the Clean Cycle once a week to eliminate coffee grounds build up within the brew unit, and descale your machine every three months. All removable spare parts, including the water tank, should be washed by hand at least once a week.

Failure rate is atrocious.

I received one as a gift. It broke within a month. I got another from Nespresso as a replacement and that broke in a week. I finally bought a different machine, a previous model instead.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not a good machine.

I bought this machine and after a few months it keeps breaking and you have to factory rest it, clean it, descale it, and unplug it. Then again the next day it will do it again. Nespresso sent out a replacement machine again this machine only last a few months until the red light blinks again. Would not recommend.

Disappointed with the quality of coffee. There is no froth and the coffee tastes like drip coffee and extremely watered down. Will not recommend this machine.

Good Coffee, until it stops functioning

I bought this machine two years ago. About two weeks ago it stopped functioning. When I pressed the button (solid white light) the machine whirred for a while, then stopped with a flashing orange light. I tried cleaning it; same problem. Then I descaled the machine, following Nespresso's instructions; again no luck. I have since read many reviews of various Nespresso machines, many of which commented on the Vertuo Next's reliability problems.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Garbage product

This has to be the worst purchase I've ever made. The machine stopped working within 2 months and when I asked for my money back, the agent was like lets do troubleshot. You seriously think I have not done all of that. Please do not buy this, you will regret.
