Easy to Use and Multi-Purpose

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Braun MultiQuick 7 Hand Blender is incredible! I was given one to test as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. My favorite feature about this hand blender, is that you can easily vary the speed by how hard you hold down the button. This is great for quick adjustments as you go. I've enjoyed pureeing soups, veggies, making pudding and shakes and more with this. I loved that I am able to replace multiple kitchen gadgets with this, and have more space in my cupboards. It is also super easy to clean! Everything except the motor portion (which doesn't get dirty) can go in the dishwasher.

Effective and multipurpose

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Braun Hand Blender to make whipped cream, hummus, pesto and falafel mix, all with ease. I was very impressed with how the blender handled only soak garbanzo beans, it blended my falafel mix quickly and easy. Plus quick clean up- I just rinsed it and then blended it in my dish water...much easier compared to using my food processor!! Huge win for me! I really liked that I could use a blender and then switch to the immersion Head with ease.

Good multipurpose tool for occasional use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Braun Hand blender is a great multipurpose tool with a surprising amount of versatility. The hand bender with the cup is great for whipping up dressings or whipping egg whites without too much fuss or muss. The small one cup chopper attachment allows you to use the hand blender like a small food processor, great for a quick chop on a small amount of onion, peppers or anything else of a similar nature. Allows you to minimize the mess when making a quick meal in the kitchen (nothing is worse than having to pull out three different appliances for a small amount of work in a multipart recipe). The tool also has a "variable speed" function that allow you to vary the speed with the pressure of your finger on the button (no more dialing in numbers!). While useful, I find myself simply pressing full blast all the time to get it done quick! My only concern is with the plastic piece that is used to connect each attachment to the base, as I worry about it wearing out after many used. However, I have had tested the item as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel now for several months and it shows no signs of stopping! This would be a great item for a new chef or as a housewarming gift for new families.

Handy hand-held blender

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This small but mighty hand-held immersion blender is a great tool to have in your kitchen arsenal. It's super easy to use and I love the fact that you can control the speed/power with just the squeeze of a button. The attachments are great—I've used the whisk often during these quarantine times to make dalgona (whipped) coffee and the included food processor is helpful for quickly chopping veggies (though I wish the container was a bit bigger). It's definitely of solid quality and seems to be sturdier than other hand-held blenders I've used in the past. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for sending this to me for my honest review.

Fun little blender

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy this little blender! Lately I’ve been using it to make whipped coffee on the weekends. Makes the process so easy! I love that I have the ability to control the speed with a little squeeze and with a quick press down I’m able to lower the blade to scrape up any ingredients that may have been missed.
I’ve also love making fresh garden salsa with the mini food processor. It makes the perfect amount for a quick snack and I love not having to drag out my full size processor. I really wish I had had this a couple years ago to make fresh baby food. It’s so easy to take apart and clean and stick back in a kitchen drawer.

Works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this hand blender to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. It’s now my go-to immersion blender. I make soups often, and this makes blenderizing them a breeze. I was surprised that it had a way to control the speed by how hard you push the button - definitely a nice feature.
So far, it’s been easy to clean. I always rinse it out right after using it so nothing gets stuck in it, and I’ve wiped down the part that plugs in to the wall with a damp washcloth.
I’ve used it to make a few different soups and sauces, as well as whipping cream with the whisk attachment. I can’t think of anything I’d change about it, honestly. It works just as it should.

Overly Complicated Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Multiquick 7 Hand blender is certainly a unique product. I tried the various attachments but primarily used the whisk attachment. Normally this is something I would do by hand, and yes, this was quicker and less tiring. It was also pretty easy to clean. Since everything detaches from the motor, I wasn't worried about getting the wrong thing wet. While in theory the speed being adjustable by just squeezing the button harder is nice, in practice there was a fairly steep learning curve. I found it hard to maintain a steady speed without random bursts. This can easily result in a mess. Also, some of the attachments are made (in part) of a thin plastic. To me it seems like it could break fairly easily. The main annoyance I have with this product, however, is simply how complicated the instructions are. The instruction manual covers multiple similar products - initially I thought I was missing some pieces because of how it was laid out. Then once I had that figured out, I had to spend quite a while figuring out how to put it together before I could finally use it properly. I honestly think this is a product that looks really cool, but once you bring it home it sits on the shelf because you don't have the time or inclination to figure it out every time you want to use it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this hand blender often. I’m the cook in my family and it’s a kitchen staple now. I haven’t used a blender for sauces and have hardly used a food processor since I received this hand blender to test as part of the Stellar product testing panel in exchange for my honest opinion on it. I’ve used it for blending/mixing and a lot of chopping. It is versatile and I’d actually expect the price point to be higher. It’s versatile and does the job for just about anything I could think of. My favorite feature is the customizable speed. I’ve found it to be intuitive and I adjust it automatically without really thinking about it. It just works. I recommend it to replace current hand blenders, and blenders and good processes in a lot of cooking instances.
