Do not buy this machine.
It is cheap quality it started leaking within a month of purchase. It was replaced under warranty. The replacement is now leaking water all over our counter. Don't waste your money.

I love it! Delicious, rich tasting coffee

I was split between the Vertuo and the original line after reading negative reviews online about the new Vertuo system.
Yes, it’s a new ecosystem to get locked into, but it might be the right one for you as it was for me.
My plan was to get a main Nespresso coffee machine that would make effortless and great tasting coffee with one pod and one press of a button.
Since the new Vertuo line can make larger drinks depending on the pod, I was drawn more to this one than the original where I’d have to add hot water from a kettle to make Americanos, for example.
I’m glad I took the risk and bought the Vertuo Next Deluxe and at the steep discount Best Buy is offering. The is the best value Nespresso on sale right now and I love the bright and shiny chrome. I was surprised the cup holder (bottom) is a heavy metal instead of cheap plastic ☺️
So far, no issues. If was easy to set up, clean (using the rinse cycle as instructed) and use to make delicious coffee!
I recommend this machine to anyone who likes drip coffee and is looking for a convenient way to brew it.
The original machines are great for high quality espressos and Americanos etc, but the Vertuo is flexible for a lot of different drinks and sizes and won me over.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This unit lasted all but 3 days. After making about a dozen coffees with it, it just failed. Stopped working. All in all a very cheap feel to it. I will stick with the Breville model.

The Vertuo Next is junk, pretty, but junk. I really do love Nespresso coffee but it's really hard to enjoy when these machines continue to break down. I'm on my second Vertuo Next, the first being Breville and this chrome one being Delonghi and both suffering from the same leaking issue. Nespresso makes no money off these machines, only from the pods but it's had to sell pods if the machines suck. Well, the Vertou Next do anyway.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Product works, but scratched from Best Buy

Ordered for online pick up at local Best Buy as Christmas present. Package seemed a little beat up from store and upon opening on Christmas, the chrome had a noticeable scratch.
