Buy Vertuo Plus Instead!

Save your money on this product, buy Vertuo Plus instead!
I was gifted this machine and had to get it replaced twice within 2 years.
I was using Vertuo Plus prior to Vertuo Next, and I absolutely loved it for 4 years!
I switched it back to a new Vertuo Plus as I couldn't deal with this machine anymore.

Pros: Great Color Options, Slim/Compact Design
Cons: Non-automatic open/close button (super stiff too), Malfunctioning too often

Love my new machine

We recommend running a priming cycle through your machine once a week to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought my machine a month ago the coffee is so fresh and delicious I haven’t been to Dunkin or Starbucks and I sure don’t miss them either! Coffee at home is better

Do not buy

this machine is not reliable. I have had a pixie for 9 years which has worked well the entire time. This machine has had error codes on and off since the first year. It completely stopped working after year two. I would not recommend anyone buy this machine

Best Coffee Ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is just fantastic coffee and the crema really makes a difference. Vertuo Next is very easy to set up and use. In less than 2 minutes from pressing the button and your enjoying your brew. I have not tried any smart technology yet. Not sure if I will ever need to.
