Buy The VertuoPlus - The Next Won't Last

This model is Nespresso's failure. Please read the reviews. Mine failed right after warranty expired. Unfortunately longer than most. Called Nespresso. They offered a 35% discount for the online store. Since the model I wanted was already discounted Nespresso would not take the additional 35% off. I found the model I wanted on sale in a retail store for a much better price (close to the Nespresso discounted price and 35% less!) with the milk frother included. I my opinion Nespresso should have honored the discount. Considering the price of pods the financial hit will be on them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautifully sleek delectable coffee maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nespresso Vertuo Next Premium is a such an elegant little coffee machine. Love the metal and chrome finishes with the tiny little footprint. Great for small kitchens or your office! The coffee is makes is heavenly. Strong, bold, piping hot with just the right amount of foamy crema goodness. Absolutely love the way it works by reading the barcodes off the capsules to make different amounts of coffee from an espresso shot all the way up to 18oz!!! It's pretty cool to choose from all the variety of Nespresso capsule sizes and flavors. Clean-up is a breeze! Overall, my absolute favorite coffeemaker by far. My mornings and days would be entirely incomplete and unsatisfactory without this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing coffee maker. I like being able to offer guests coffee from my Nespresso. Most people are mesmerized by it once they see it start working. It’s nice to be able to just put a capsule in and have the machine know, by the bay code on underside, which size cup (or carafe) to make. Very easy to use, and doesn’t take up a lot of room on thr counter. Rich and creamy and delicious.

Amazing Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am extremely impressed with the durability, design and quality of this Nespresso machine. I am so excited to have finally found an easy to use espresso and coffee machine. I love how easy this machine is to operate by no second guessing; literally just have to put a pod into the machine lock it and press the button and the machine does the rest. It deciphers the size of the pod and creates the perfect cup of coffee or a single or double shot of espresso based on the pod. I really like how much smaller this machine is than others and doesn’t take up much counter space. I also like that it has an app that was super easy to set up with the step by step instruction. Within the app I am able to reorder pods or if there is an issue with the machine while brewing it alert me the machine needs attention. When you open the lid to put a new pod in the old pod slide down to the back and is stored into the machine until you remove them. This feature is really nice but the one thing I am not a fan of because the door to remove the pods is small for my hands, I am only able to put a couple fingers in. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who loves a single cup of coffee or who loves to make coffee with espresso as you will not be disappointed in this one.

Good but not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good machine, the only issues I had was that the pods that you buy for it are kind of expensive. The pods are difficult to find and when you find them usually stores don't have a good selection, it's usually limited. This also needs a milk frother, you would have to buy a separate frother to make lattes and other drinks. Also you have to buy the pods there's no way you can buy your own coffee and make a fresh cup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine! I'm still learning, but have already made 2 latte's and they were both as good as the local coffee shop. It is easy to use, and I love the handy recycling bin when you open the lid. This set does not come with the milk frother, but not a big deal. Easy enough to pick one up.

However, the quality of the espresso that comes from this machine is excellent. The process is so simple and easy to use and helps to reduce the time of my morning routine without sacrificing the quality. The design is compact and sleek and doesn't take up a ton of room - which I love! Overall, I really recommend this.

High hopes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this machine is good for what it does but I was hoping for more. The directions included in the package are pretty much useless but looking it up online wasn’t hard. I’ve held off getting a pod-style coffee maker because I haven’t wanted the waste that goes along with them. This one requires the machine to read the barcode on the packaging so it makes it hard to use a reusable pod. I’ve tried to find info about how to do this but nothing seems easy about that part.
Aside from the pods, I’m finding it difficult to get a full cup of coffee or espresso. I believe it can be done but will need to do some more research because it’s not as simple as I thought it would be.
I’m going to see if we can come to an acceptable compromise because I do want to like this machine and worry that this may mean none of the home espresso machines would work for what I want.
