Strong coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a free sample of the Virtuo Next Black Nespresso maker to try. This machine is amazing. It can connect via app and I love how it dispenses used pods in an enclosed bin. This machine and it’s coffee pods are definitely for people who enjoy extremely dark and strong coffee. Even the lightest brew was too much for me to drink. However that aside I would recommend it.
Pros: Convenient, Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Easy to Use, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Appealing Design
Cons: Does not make enough coffee in a cup, Not enough variety of coffee available

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was always a french press coffee girl and when I first tried nespresso I was shocked. I am now addicted. I love the vertuo next compared to the older model because it gives you a bigger cup of coffee. My favorite flavor is Melozio.
Pros: Convenient, Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Easy to Use, Makes Delicious Espressos, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.), Wide variety of capsule brands to choose from, Appealing Design

Do No Buy - Nespresso Should Discontinue the Model

I've owned many Nespresso machines over more than a decade. The Vertuo Next is unworkable and unreliable. A simple Google search results in thousands of similar complaints. I was forced to argue with Nespresso Customer Service for more than a year before the company finally sent me a different model that didn't experience the same ongoing technical issues. It's arguably actionable that Nespresso is still selling this machine given several of the technical support contacts recognized the widespread issues customers experienced with this specific machine.
DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL unless you enjoy throwing away pods for fun (I think I wasted roughly 6 full sleeves) and being forced to factory reset, flush, manually clean the machine, etc. on a daily basis.
I'm disgusted with the lack of transparency from Nespresso related to this machine and my experience - it cost me money, product, countless hours and unnecessary frustration.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the color the size and the difference flavor of coffee. Easy to use and is a great space saver. Hot delicious coffee when I need that hot delicious pick me uper. This was a free sample and my honest review.

Have Vertuo Next for good 4 month were so happy and enjoy my drink ,and machine stop working call customer service few times and got replacement new machine same Vertuo Nest and color ,it was working for 5 days ,and stop working no blinking light try very thing on manual surject .Now don't know what todo .

Slim and compact

Instead of stopping some place every morning for coffee before work, I wanted to save money and make my own. At the touch of a button, this machine can make espresso, double espresso, coffee or carafe. It is a slim/compact machine that fits perfectly on my kitchen counter and looks good.
Pros: Convenient, Does not take up too much room on my countertop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was never a huge, espresso fan, but after using this, I think I’m hooked. It’s a great way for a mid afternoon pick me up without all of the liquid of coffee. I’ve also enjoyed putting a shot of this into my coffee in the mornings.
