The BEST coffee machine ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so obsessed with this coffee machine! It is insanely easy to use and it makes the perfect cup of coffee! It's fancy y'all but not intimidating in even the slightest you literally just push the button. There's an app for it, and it looks gorgeous sitting on my counter. They offer a ton of differnt flavors and types of coffee for whatever your taste. This really does elevate your at home coffee and I am obsessed!
Pros: Convenient, Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Easy to Use, Has Delicious Crema, Makes Delicious Espressos, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.), Wide variety of capsule brands to choose from, Appealing Design

The water compartment is also the perfect size. It Makes amazing espresso and coffee. I would highly recommend you get this.

Premium quality all around

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you’re into fancy coffee and espresso from work or home, this is the machine for you! It’s so easy to use and gives you incredible tasting coffee or espresso so quickly. I love that the pods come in different sizes and flavors, including all different strengths and roasts. The machine it super sexy too. It’s slim but long so make sure you have space for it. Easy to clean as the pod collector pops right out. Water reservoir is in the back and holds a ton of water so you don’t have to refill frequently. Great quality!

Disappointing

Great coffee but totally unreliable. Wants to be cleaned weekly - really? Clean every 7-10 cups of coffee? Not particularly user friendly. And then it just stops working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the Nespresso vertuo next premium. I was surprised that it came with so many different pods to try and must say it was hard to determine which was my favorite surprisingly. I normally do not like extremely strong espresso but there was not a single pod flavor or strength that I found to be to strong for me.

Cons: Does not have a built-in milk frother

Not a reliable machine

We bought this machine originally about 14 months ago. After about a month of use, it stopped working (orange light flashing, wouldn't brew). We called Nespresso and after listening to the machine over the phone - they sent us a new one. Now, a year later - it's started doing the same thing. It will make the sound like it's starting to brew... and then the flashing orange light. We have a stack of q-tips next to the machine and use them to clean out the reader... clean the top of the machine... sometimes that works, sometimes it doesn't. Very frustrating. I agree with some of the other reviews - they should discontinue this machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not a reliable machine

My first machine lasted 3 months before they had me return it, I’ve had my current one for about 14 months, orange lights started blinking, customer service went through steps for almost an hour, it brewed 1 cup of coffee, then orange lights again , have to do clean cycle every time I want a cup of coffee. It is also leaking water, not coffee underneath. Very frustrating because I love this coffee. I had just ordered a lot of pods too. Bummed. I would not recommend the NEXT. Spend the money for a better machine . They need to discontinue this model .

We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Perfectly sized

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our house we bought less than a year ago has very limited counter and storage space. This means we have to make calculated decisions on what small appliances we have on our counters. My wife and I are big coffee drinkers and we like “barista style” drinks. I like that Nespresso allows us to create simple or more intricate drinks based on our preferences. We can do single serve or carafe sized for multi serve purposes. Perfectly hot and like the variety of flavors the pods come in. Easy to use though the app set up hasn’t been the easiest but we’re not too worried about that. The machine knows exactly what size cup you need depending on which sized pod you place in. The convenient pod disposal is great too and easy to empty. We also wish the pods were more easily accessible as there are only a few options of places to purchase. The size fits perfectly in our counter and tucks in perfectly taking a little amount of room. We’re very happy with this and much prefer this clean easy coffee maker over traditional coffee pots.
