Great machine, First 2 Arrived broken

Reason i have to take a star off was that it took our third delivery of the machine, to get one that ACTUALLY WORKED. And, they couldn't even replace it with the color that was originally ordered (even though i could rebuy it on the website no problem. If this did not happen, it would be 5 stars

Bought for iced coffee!

It’s great but has a couple issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my nespresso, it’s great in the mornings and makes a delicious cup of coffee. My only issue is sometimes it leaks and my last one randomly just stopped working. Other than that nespresso’s customer service is amazing! They’ve always been incredibly helpful when needed.

Great Coffee but inconsistent machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the coffee and espresso this machine makes but we’ve had issues with the machines. Our first one stopped working, worked again, then was inconsistent with the ounces brewed, then leaked, and ultimately stopped working altogether. Nespresso’s customer service is great and they helped us every time we contacted them. They ultimately sent us a new machine. I think ounces brewed are still off sometimes but we’ve had no other issues so far. We’re only had the new machine for 2 weeks so I hope it continues to work without any other issues

Love me some fancy coffee...

Love that we aren't making a pot of coffee and throwing most of it away. Plus the quality and consistency of the pods get you your favorite coffee exactly the same every cup. Glad we purchased!

Looks good and makes great coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say, I was a drip coffee guy for years (and I do mean years) and I was a bit of a skeptic as to how good this machine and coffee could be. While on vacation with my family, the place we were in had one and some coffee with it. After trying it I was sold. The machine worked great and made really good coffee. Stupidly simple to use and makes single cups in a flash. Pods are a little on the expensive side but their assortment is super and having only one cup a day, it’s not a drain on my bank account. I love this machine and would recommend it to anyone.
