Absolutely Love it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a big coffee drinker. I always get coffee when I am out and about, and I always get whole beans to grind for home. Since getting this machine, I dont even want to get coffee out anymore. This is SOOO much better. To be able to have espresso made so easily at home is amazing! There re so many different options from coffee to espresso. I cant say enough good things about my Nespresso. I LOVE IT!!!!
Pros: Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Easy to Use, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.)
I would recommend this to a friend!

Stay Away!!!!

I got this for Christmas last year and had to get a replacement TWICE. The coffee is what makes me a customer still and the fact that Nespresso probably realizes this is a bad machine is replacing my machine for a different machine. Don’t get this one. Not worth it.

We are delighted to learn our Machine Experts were able to aid via our Assistance Service Program. To maintain the health of your machine, we recommend you follow the first-time use steps at least once a week, to rinse away any granule buildup in the head of your machine. You should also descale your Vertuo Next machine every 3 months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you need further assistance. Pros: Convenient, Does not take up too much room on my countertop

Cafe Style Coffee At Home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Nespresso - Vertuo Next Premium. This coffee maker is like no other. The coffee is brewed perfectly each time based on the specific pod that is used. I especially like the glass cup that it comes with it because I love seeing the layers of coffee richness that is brewed. The taste is impeccable after each use. Also, this machine does not take up much counter space, so that's a huge plus. The maker itself looks very attractive and matches the color scheme of my appliances as well.

Was given one as a gift and it was malfunctioning, awkward convo with gift giver who had to sort out return. New one ran well for a year and last week, caput.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
