Superb win by Nespresso

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You can tell right away that the quality is much higher than other units. The footprint is also perfect for our smaller countertop, which makes it easy to store and use. Setup was super easy and straightforward. Be sure to give the instructions a look over and schedule time to clean when the descaled alarm sounds.
Perhaps my favorite is having the frother unit as part of this. It’s literally the best for making cappuccinos. Our kiddo loves this so much when we make him a baby cappuccino on the weekends.
They’ve even included a branded glass that fits perfectly in this unit.
Overall, I’m really impressed by the new changes and highly recommend grabbing one for yourself.
It’s not very noisy at all which is a big plus. I find it the be quicker than my previous unit with its fast heat up feature. The capsule ejection is a welcomed addition as well.
Pros: Convenient, Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Easy to Use, Has Delicious Crema, Makes Delicious Espressos, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Comes with a milk frother, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.), Wide variety of capsule brands to choose from, Appealing Design

I Do Not Recommend the Vertuo Next

Echoing another review that this model should be discontinued. I am so grateful that the customer service/tech rep replaced my replacement machine with a different model. My first Vertuo Next lasted 2 months and was replaced with one that lasted almost 9 months. I’m so thankful that tech support now has video trouble shooting capabilities to see the annoyance that I was going through even after descaling, cleaning, resetting, etc. The temperamental machine was blinking the red light of death and did not go away no matter what was done. Fingers crossed that the next model has a much longer lifespan, but again, I am grateful for the replacement which will be under warranty for 6 months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nespresso Vertuo Next does make a delicious beverage, however the machine itself is rather temperamental. I often spend more time than I feel is necessary just trying to figure out why I keep getting a error light when there's no reason for it. The machine will be throughly cleaned and set up exactly as instructed yet I will get a light indicating that it needs cleaned. While the coffee it makes is delightful, I'm just not sure if that's enough to justify the frustration of operating it.

MY 8yr iCoffee still works, my 6mo vertuo doesn't

We bought the Vertuo Next early this year and from the beginning it gave us issues. The instructions are useless, aside from the fact that there was only a tiny paper in English it also did not contain important information, setup instructions or any maintenance information. It has not been a year since we bought the machine and it has completely stopped working. The unfortunate part is that when the machine does work, it makes a great coffee but whats the point of buying a machine that is completely unreliable. Thankfully we kept our old iCoffee machine which still works after 8 years and has never gave us issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am really disappointed with this machine. It stopped working less than a year after buying it. Registering the capsule is hit or miss so I have wasted a lot of money on capsules I had to toss. It also doesn't get hot enough. Ive spoken with the troubleshooting team and they are sending me a new one, but I don't have high hopes. Do yourself a favor and spend the money on the Plus.

Coffee AND Espresso!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this machine for a couple weeks and love it so far. I'm someone who needs coffee every morning and actually just really enjoy the routine of getting up, making coffee, playing my wordle (!) and then settling into my home office. I switch it up between this and my French press, depending on whether I want coffee or espresso. This machine does make both coffee and espresso with the fun pods, but I like the espresso better, especially as I can't make that otherwise. I'm really looking forward to using this more! And trying different flavors.
