Didn't last long.

I bought one and after 6 months it went belly-up. Support was good...After a long session with them, they sent me another one. The second one quit working after only 5 months and now is out of warranty. Debating whether to even get another Nespresso machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Throw out the Keurig

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this as a gift for my wife. For years we have been using Keurig brewers but this is simply the NEXT level. Theirs is no comparison to the coffee experience. The Vertuo Next delivers an exceptional coffee experience that the Keurig cannot compare to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Omg this is without a doubt the best coffee machine ive ever owned. The packaging is sleek, stylish and very well thought out. I cant wait to use it this fall to make all kinds of holiday drinks and to keep me warm and caffeinated!
Pros: Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Makes Delicious Espressos, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.), Wide variety of capsule brands to choose from

Delicious but pricey pods

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The espresso is delicious and we really enjoyed the free pods that came with the machine. It’s super easy to use and makes a great cup of espresso.. easy to set up and learn how to use regularly. If you want easy espresso at home, this is the perfect purchase for you! If you’re spending the money to order at a cafe and want to save money, the price of the pods isn’t too bad but if you just want espresso at home instead of your regular coffee then it’s a little too much, at least for me. I wish there was an option to buy the pods at a more affordable price, like with other brands of coffee machines. This would be my all time favorite if it was just a little more affordable! Only took off the one star for affordability.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Has Delicious Crema, Makes Delicious Espressos, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.)
Cons: Too Expensive

Amazing Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is quick and quiet. It brews the espresso in no time. The temperature is absolutely perfect as well! Being a small machine, it barely takes up any room on my countertop. It is so simple to use!

It was great at first

I've had this machine since November of 2021 and bought a limited edition model, it's now almost October of 2022. It worked great for a little while but then began leaking water into the space where the pod sits to brew coffee. Recently, after running a rinse cycle, it's decided multiple times that it does not want to brew anything larger than a double shot. I regularly use gran lungo pods and twice now it's brewed maybe a double shot worth with these pods. I'm nearly at the end of my warranty period with my current machine and I likely won't keep this one. I love the coffee it makes and plan to buy the Vertuo plus as it's got far better reviews and I have friends who own and love it. Save your money and purchase a different Nespresso machine than this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love, Love, Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been using our Nespresso Vertuo Next for about a month now and we love it! It fits perfectly on the counter with its super slim design. It automatically adapts the brewing parameters based on the capsule size you use. No muss, no fuss. The Vertuo Next brews the perfect cup, whether it's coffee, espresso, double espresso, or even a carafe. Not sure how we lived before we got on the Nespresso wagon!
Pros: Convenient, Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Easy to Use, Makes Delicious Espressos, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.), Wide variety of capsule brands to choose from, Appealing Design
