Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this Nespresso machine! It’s super fast and easy and the espresso is so smooth and delicious. I like that it has a spot for the used cups and they go right in when you open the machine. If I had to pick one con it’s the big water tank being in the back. It would probably fit well in the corner counter but sticks out pretty far anywhere else but definitely not a reason to not get this machine.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Makes Delicious Espressos
Cons: Bulky

Missing the Froth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Nespresso - Vertuo Next to expand my inner barista self. I loved the flavor and ease and the variety of sizes but am disappointed that I have to have a separate appliance to make all the recipes that I wanted to try. It should have a attached to steam and froth the milk.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Makes Delicious Espressos, High Quality Machine
Cons: Does not have a built-in milk frother, Bulky

Eye pleasing design, easy to use and great coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our household is a big fan of pod coffee since every member likes different flavors and types of coffee. The Nespresso Vertuo Next is by far the best pod coffee machine and coffee we’ve ever had. When we first unboxed the device, it was a bit intimidating, particularly when it talks about an app and WiFi. While we did set up the app, you can use the machine without it. It's a slick-looking machine and super easy to use. While it doesn't take up as much space as our other pod coffee machine side to side, it is deeper. At first, I thought we were limited in flavors, but once I went to the Nespresso website, I was super impressed with the options. Another great bonus is that you can recycle the pods. Nespresso will send you an envelope to return the used pods for recycling free of charge.. We're definitely happy!

Great compact unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this for my wife because our espresso machine has been on the fritz. This thing is easy to use, and best of all its very thin, so it doesn't take up much space at all. We now have 3 coffee machines in our coffee bar area and this one fits in the best. Also really like the flavors that were getting out of the larger pods. Overall this is probably the only machine you need.

Excellent Coffee Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon opening the box you will find that the fit and finish of this unit is very clean and uniform. Operation is made very simple and I like the fact that it takes cartridges. When I have limited time to make my coffee in the morning, this comes in handy. My favorite aspect of this unit is the compact size. It is very easy to clutter up ones counter top, but the trim figure of the Vertuo Next lends itself well to keeping a tidy kitchen.

Unmatched flavor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brews wonderfully, tastes great, not like any other at home products I've ever had in the past. Easy to use. Just plug drop the nepresso capsule in, slide over the lever press the button and viola! Instant brew. The barcode attached to your capsule tells the machine what is being brewed. Crema atop every delicious cup brewed. Cleaning the machine after every brew can be a bit time consuming and forgetful when in a rush. The cost of the capsules is steep also. I looked into purchasing more and was a bit shocked.

We recommend running a priming cycle through your machine once a week to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. Dissapointed

I bought this for my husband last Christmas and it just crapped out this weekend. I will say the customer service tech representative was exceptional, especially considering it was a Sunday morning prior to having coffee! Shame on me... these rating reviews with a 1 are extremely high. I was very happy with my machine when it worked!
