[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Coffee as per usual but we found that the lever at the top was cumbersome. Nespresso has one that opens on their own and we just ordered this one. We returned the Vertuo Next.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend running a priming cycle through your machine once a week to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Each machine comes with at least a one-year warranty and lifetime troubleshooting assistance Thanks!
